Blog it's your own site. When you signup a blog site blog site provider gives you a free space or limited space. And here you can share your life time/past/diary/experience anything what you want. And peoples can write his/her experience and etc…
Forum:
On Forum you see some selected sections. On specific section you can discuss others to specifics topics. If you see some forum you can understand what and how froum work and it's needs.
